Had another pretty decent day today. In the evening, the kids and I went to see Amanda's new baby girl, Shyanne. She's so adorable. She was a premie and only weiged 5 lbs, so we could only see her through the glass...but she was right up front, so it was easy.....awwww!
This week is Samantha's birthday so I have to figure out what to get her. I wish I could have a really nice party for her, but with money the way it is, I don't see that happening. She's inviting some kids to swim on Saturday so I'll make a cake for then and cupcakes for class on her actual birthday. She always likes when I do that! We're hoping to take the kids somewhere nice next month or in October like water mania or something. They need to get out after being cooped up all summer long...poor things! I
think it will be good for everyone of us.
